The TOS(site rules) say....you agree not to
"c. Upload, post or otherwise make available Content that you do not have the legal right to under the law. This includes posting stories not written by you, unless you are a site administrator or a story co-author."
And what you must never do is post a story written by someone else with the intent to make it look like you wrote it...

A request for the authors
If an author has written a story somewhere else under one name (ex: fanfiction.net) and posts the same story here under a different name....please let the readers know.
This will prevent the possibility that readers may think the story was not original work ( which we all know is a really bad thing to do...)
